The church is particularly fond of the social events that are organised throughout the year. These events include ceilidhs, barbecues,
jazz evenings and coffee mornings.
There is a group of dedicated hillwalkers who organise a walk every three weeks or so during the more clement months.
A group of footballers meet on a weekly basis outdoors in summer, indoors in winter.
